Counties Manukau Cricket Association (CMCA) has announced the Reserve One and Reserve Two preliminary round draws for the 2009-10 season. There has been a reduction in the number of teams in the Reserve One draw by two to just six teams, the same as in the Reserve Two draw. The draw relevant to the United CC teams can be seen by clicking on the "Fixtures" tab of the club website, while the complete draws are available on the CMCA website through the "Fixtures/Results" tab.

United CC Reserve One open their campaign against Karaka on Saturday, 31st October '09 at home. The double round-robin draw means the R1s will play a total of ten matches in the preliminary round as against fourteen last season. Papakura & Pukekohe Metro have not entered a team in this grade this season, Karaka have just one team as against two last season, while Waiuku are the new team in the grade.

United CC Reserve Two are pitted against Weymouth first-up on Saturday, 31st October '09 at Bruce Pulman Outer Oval, Papakura. Their preliminary round will see them play eight matches before Christmas, with the post-Christmas draw yet to be announced.
