All club and prospective members are invited to attend the following preseason training session:

Venue: Action Indoor Sports Stadium
577 Gt South Road, Manukau City
Cost: $5 per member (subsidised by the club)
Normal training gear required: soft sole runners, shorts/track pants, fluids, etc...
