MARAUDERS PULL OUT OF T-20

13 Dec 2011

To all United CC Discount Panel & Paint Marauder squad members,

After canvassing our team for the up-coming T-20 tournament in the Reserve Grade (to be run 7th-21st January 2012) it was decided by majority to withdraw from this competition for the following reasons -

* A lack of interest in this form of the game
* As most people are away on Xmas holidays timing of the early rounds was hard to commit to

The selectors have therefore asked that we combine with the Crusaders to make-up an extended squad for this tournament and that all remaining Marauder members who want to play this form of the game see them to express their interest asap

We wish the combined Crusader/Marauder team good luck in this competition.
